A Night Owl’s Call
“He was a half-demon, a trained killer put forth in the world to destroy the humans. Yet, here he sat, stoking a fire amongst three humans and a wildman telling folklore and singing shanties.”
When a war breaks out in Center Earth, magic becomes desolate and the human race becomes threatened. Groomed by his father, the demon of all demons, Erebus rises against the humans to restore magic. His primary goal is to gather as many souls as possible to free his father from Lower Earth, and ultimately become a full-fledge demon. However, when he is stripped of his own magic and thrown into a chaotic town with a group of misfits, he quickly finds himself on the wrong side of the war. Now, Erebus is faced with the decision to let the demon within him prevail, or to fight alongside his newfound friends in hopes to create a better world; a world where humans and magic could stand hand in hand.
The Forgotten
Inspired by Final Fantasy VII and the story of Odysseus, The Forgotten will be an adult fantasy book filled with dragons, sword fights, high stakes, enemies to lovers, and corrupt empires.
As of right now, ‘The Forgotten’ is a title place holder, and this cover is unoffical. The initial outline is done, now I’m working on a “first draft” that is acting more like a heavy-handed outline.
